Service Use
Spain2Georgia provides international logistics and parcel forwarding services from Spain to Georgia. By using our service, you agree to comply with all local and international shipping regulations.
Users must provide accurate personal information and shipping addresses. Any costs incurred due to incorrect information provided by the user will be the user's responsibility.
Prohibited Items
We strictly prohibit the transport of hazardous materials, illegal substances, weapons, and items restricted by the laws of Spain or Georgia.
- Explosives, flammable liquids, and pressurized containers.
- Narcotics and psychoactive substances.
- Perishable goods and live animals.
- Currency, gold, and negotiable instruments.
Liabilities & Insurance
While we take every precaution to handle your parcels with care, Spain2Georgia's liability is limited to the declared value of the item up to a maximum defined in our service tier agreement.
Note: We highly recommend purchasing additional transit insurance for items valued over €100.
Customs & Duties
All shipments are subject to customs clearance in Georgia. Users are responsible for paying all applicable import duties, taxes, and fees as determined by the Georgian Customs Department.
Spain2Georgia is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or the seizure of items by customs authorities.
Termination of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or disrupt our operations.
